PRE-CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS

Photo documentation of Project Site and all neighboring properties, (interior & exterior) prior to any construction activities taking place.

OPTICAL MONITORING

Installation of various monitoring points as determined by the established & approved SOE Monitoring Plan, to adequately record and report any Building Movement(s).

VIBRATION MONITORING

Installation of remotely operated Vibration Monitors to maintain proper construction site vibration limits, and avoid damage to neighboring properties.

CRACK MONITORING

Installation of Tell-Tales for monitoring of existing cracks (prior to construction), after the Pre-Construction Survey is issued.
